Dori, Creative Director
The inspiration behind every collection. Dori started ledum after years of designing textiles and embellishments for European haute-couture houses. Dori wants it all: great silhouettes, color stories and original prints. She can’t live without creating and loves seeing her designs come alive on fabric, like wearable stories.
Emily, Head Designer
A fashion graduate from the San Francisco Academy of Art University, Emily is responsible for silhouette design. She has a refined and modern aesthetic with an unexpected twist and is the mother of a fashion-forward young daughter.
Dasom, Assistant Designer
Dasom is a calming presence around the office. She is driven, organised, and reliable. A great researcher, she helps lay the ground work for each new collection. She's a born multi-tasker and is great at prioritising. If this wasn't impressive enough, her caring nature makes her a joy to be around.
Roman, Production Manager
Roman studied economy and leaves nothing to chance. As our sourcing and production manager he is always prepared and has multiple back-up plans to make sure production never halts.
Rosa, Office Manager
Rosa keeps chaos at bay: everything stays on-track when she’s around. She’s an outgoing and efficient powerhouse, a master at multi-tasking and mother of 3.
Sabine, Digital Marketing and Communications Consultant
Sabine gets excited and claps her hands when she talks about online strategy. She’s worked in e-commerce for 15 years and enjoys snacking on carrots and radishes (she says they’re great brain fuel).
